Callum advises businesses and individuals on the resolution of complex, high-value and international disputes, particularly those involving fraud, asset recovery and cross-border issues.
He acts for companies, insolvency practitioners and high-net-worth individuals, often in situations involving significant financial risk where clear, practical advice is essential. His experience includes landmark litigation before the UK Supreme Court, securing a £170 million Commercial Court judgment, and acting in proceedings involving the setting aside of an £850 million judgment and asset transfers exceeding £1 billion.
Alongside large-scale matters, Callum also works closely with clients on day-to-day disputes, taking responsibility for cases and appearing in the County Courts as an advocate. As a result, clients benefit from continuity and a genuine hands‑on approach throughout their case.

- Shareholder and contractual disputes
- Injunctions, including freezing orders
- Cross-border disputes
- Mediations and arbitrations
Clients value Callum’s straightforward and commercially focused approach. He cuts through complexity, explains options clearly and helps clients to make informed decisions about how best to resolve their disputes – whether that’s through negotiation, settlement or court proceedings.
Before qualifying, Callum gained experience in litigation, advocacy and completed a secondment to the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Willis Towers Watson, where he worked on managing risk in multi‑billion‑pound transactions. These experiences have given him a strong appreciation of the commercial realities underpinning complex disputes.
