Callum joined Spring Law in October 2020 working primarily within the Disputes Avoidance, Disputes Resolution, Intelligence and Investigations Services.
Prior to Spring Law, Callum was a multi-disciplinary paralegal at Temple Bright LLP, working across the Litigation, Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Property and Intellectual Property departments.
He graduated from the University of Kent with an Upper Second Class Honours in Law (LLB), before studying the LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law, Moorgate where he was awarded a Distinction.
Callum supports fee earners in high-value commercial disputes in the Chancery Division and Queen’s Bench Division across all stages of litigation. He assists Partners with drafting and amending Court application documents, attending hearings and conferences with clients and counsel, handling inter-parties and Court correspondence, and conducting legal research.
He is currently working across a variety of cases, including those with an international element. In particular:
- Insolvency and cross-border investigations led by liquidators
- Bankruptcy and investigations led by trustees.
- Complex civil fraud, including a £200m International Commercial Court claim involving over 20 defendants.
