Anushka qualified in the City of London and spent 15 years working in the city on both UK and worldwide large scale commercial real estate transactions, advising on both the property and finance side for developers, contractors and financiers.
Anushka has led the team representing one of the UK’s leading banks on many of their largest commercial domestic and international developments.
For the last 10 years, Anushka has focused more on supporting UK and overseas entrepreneurs and their businesses on their English commercial and property law needs.
Anushka deals with acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, refinancing and management plus all aspects of commercial support.
