Amit specialises in and has extensive experience and expertise in Commercial Property/Real Estate and Property Finance, since qualifying in 1998.
Amit has previously worked at leading West End firms and throughout his career, he has been acting for a wide variety of clients. These include corporate investors owning large property portfolios, developers and major banks, as well as smaller investors and owner-occupiers.
Amit understands the different specific needs that such persons and organisations can have and he deals with these accordingly in a pro-active manner.
Amit has significant experience of a large variety of transactions including acquisition/disposal of commercial property, leases, commercial development work, as well as providing property related support in corporate transactions.
His experience includes dealing with retail premises, offices, industrial units and estates, development sites, restaurants, hotels and pharmacies.
