Associate (Australian Qualified)
Zamaris is the latest addition to the Spring Law team and is a commercial litigator with experience working on matters before courts and tribunals in both the UK and Australia. She worked at a leading litigation law firm in Western Australia before moving to London in 2018.
Zamaris has extensive experience working with receivers and liquidators in the context of corporate insolvency, with a focus on claims against former directors and unfair preference claims. Additionally, she has also provided advice to directors on business management during periods of economic hardship, and businesses with development approval disputes with planning authorities.
Zamaris has also worked with banks on matters of debt recovery and internal risk remediation projects to settle disputes with customers outside of the court system.
Zamaris has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) from the University of Notre Dame Australia, and a Master of Science in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
