Lucy advises the firm's clients on all aspects of family law. Her work includes acting on major and complex divorce cases, involving multifaceted financial issues, asset tracing, jurisdictional disputes, family trusts and abduction and custody of children.

Lucy began her legal career at Allen Overy and subsequently joined a leading boutique private client firm where she acted for a wide range of both onshore and offshore high net worth clients. Lucy has advised on the creation, restructuring and termination of offshore and onshore trusts, considering issues arising out of the control and transmission of wealth and dealing with concerns arising on divorce and contentious trusts generally. She has also gained valuable experience in respect of domicile and residence issues giving her practice an international dimension. She fuses her considerable trust and contentious experience to provide integrated and wide ranging advice which gives her a significant advantage over her opponents.
