Lucy Prichard Jones, Lawyer
Lucy joined Spring Law from a boutique private client firm having trained at Allen & Overy, where she gained experience in the corporate, litigation and private client departments.
Lucy advises the firm's private clients, acting for them on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her experience includes acting for high net worth individuals on investment and finance litigation, contentious trust and probate issues, will drafting and negotiating both pre-nuptial agreements and divorce settlements. Lucy also acts for her clients on a range of commercial matters, including drafting and advising on shareholder and subscription agreements.
