Henry Bowman, Lawyer
Henry joined Spring Law in August 2009. He trained with a City firm and before joining Spring Law he was a partner at Denton Wilde Sapte where he worked in the construction and engineering group for nearly 10 years.
Henry advises on, drafts and negotiates all forms of construction agreements including professional appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, subcontracts, supply agreements and security documents. His work also involves him advising on construction aspects of property and funding agreements and on construction disputes.
Henry's clients include developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, professionals and banks and he has worked on projects and disputes in both the UK and Africa.
