Emma joined Spring Law as a trainee in 2009 and qualified with the firm in 2011. Since qualifying, Emma has focussed her practice predominantly on family and private client matters. She regularly attends hearings at the Principal Registry of the Family Division and provides advice and support on a comprehensive range of family law issues including pre-nuptial agreements, financial remedies and distribution of assets on divorce, jurisdictional issues and parental responsibility. Emma's private client experience includes probate matters, wills and lasting and enduring powers of attorney. Emma's approachability and professionalism allow her to offer clients a high standard of service during what may be a difficult and stressful time in their lives.
