Ben Walmsley, Lawyer
Ben trained with Cameron McKenna qualifying as a solicitor in 1997 in the insolvency department. He left Cameron McKenna in 2000 to join Tarlo Lyons specialising in corporate work and in 2003 was a founding partner of niche corporate firm, Bridgehouse Partners, before joining Spring Law in May 2008.
Ben advises small and medium size companies, investors and entrepreneurs on a wide range of private equity, M&A and other corporate and commercial transactions with specific focus on the technology and leisure sectors. Ben also acts as an investor director for a number of small companies enabling him to bring practical commercial experience to his legal work.
