Andrew Day, Lawyer
Andrew trained at Denton Wilde Sapte where he worked in the technology, media and telecommunications and dispute resolution groups where he was part of the team working on one of the world's largest commercial arbitrations.
Since joining Spring Law in 2005, Andrew has worked exclusively on dispute resolution matters ranging from complex contractual disputes to debt recovery issues. Andrew takes a pragmatic, strategic approach to dispute resolution and provides robust and commercial advice to clients. Andrew has been involved in arbitration, interparty settlement negotiations, formal and informal mediations and has conduct of cases in both the High Court and County Courts.
